I’ve had Progressive insurance since last year, and when I needed to add my wife to my policy, I called Cliff early in the morning. He didn’t hesitate at all to help me and took care of everything right away.
Cliff is truly the best! He was professional, helpful, patient, and made the whole process so easy. His customer service went above and beyond my expectations. I really appreciate his dedication and willingness to help.
