I am a foreigner to the US and this was my 1st car insurance creation, through my 1st US license, due to law (tho I have an EU license for 10+ years). Mr Cliff Harris was recommended to me by a friend with the idea that the rate offered by his company, Zacharko (part of Progressive), would be lower than others, and that he’d be very helpful to my particular status situation.
I always have high expectations, but he surpassed all of them!!! The rates he offered were MUCH lower than everything else I got quoted in the past week, he was also understanding, collaborative and took into account my entire (driver) history, policy needs and insecurities, not just the documents I sent over. This whole system is new to me and he took the time to patiently explain what I didn’t understand and answer all of my questions, no matter how many they were! I’d definitely recommend Mr. Cliff and Progressive to a friend or two. This is a great deal + wonderful customer service intertwined and what more can you ask for in a car insurance? 🤣
